Life as a conveyencing clerk

Started working on last Thursday, till date, I have worked for a week.
In this week, I've learned a lots of things, from filing,till replying letter, answering phone, follow up and read through lots of files which taught me the basis process of property transaction. Further, I discovered that the 'new technology'-a typing machine that using electricity and the words can be "erased". (WOo, so cool isn't it???? I'm such a dump on high tech stuff huh)...

I think the most important 'knowledge' that I've gained so far is that, property speculation really can earned lots of money. So now, need to start saving and slowly,gradually and surely, I can be part of that... Difficult???? Definately, since now all property the price is such skyrocking. I think I need 10 to 20 more years to become one of that... (haha)

By the way, though I'm busying orking, nevertheless I'm still a student. I attended the tort night class last night. Miss Eunice is awesome, her teaching is so smooth and soft. When she talked about a case, it just like a story telling, which really get your attention to it. Anyway, she still cruel, by leaving us a lots of "bed-time" reading. I think that is the ways for part-time class,since all of us already an 'adult' which should have some self-discipline... (Am I one of them too? Hopefully !!!)

College and Work

My class had started a week ago (or 2 weeks ago since today already Sunday???) So far the class are quite smooth and "understandable". Anyway, lots of hardwork is needed in order to cath up with lecturer speed. So far, only LAND LAW and LAW OF TRUST went into the syllabus while another 2 still in introductory stage. Nevertheless, Miss Puvan really pushing us much, the first class she pressing us pressure on how hard our Part 1 would be, and today class onward we need to start preparing for our tutorial questions. T_T stress !!!! Oh ya, by the way, the FAMILY LAW will be taught by NALINA, so I think I'll change my mind to take LAW OF EVIDENCE for this year. By hook or by crook, I'll still attending her 1st FAMILY LAW class on this coming Friday, hopefully she'll speak 'earth language' (hehe)

Remember I told you that I get the opportunity for an interview? Well, I've been employed !!! Though it is what I really want to do in future, specialised in conveyancing, still, the firm really really small la. There only had another staff beside me, so boring. AND, according to my research, there should has 3 lawyers, but how come I just saw one? Where the other 2 o? Really feel the need to learn something from this firm nei, now starting with filling 1st, and then will slowly progress to more complex task. Elaine, GAMBATEH !!!

College again

Time flew when we aren't notice....
Time flew faster when we're happy....
Time flew fastest when we're on holiday.... (dude)

It is already 9 of September... That means tomorrow I'll go back to college again... I'm so exciting to meet with all my Old friends and taking my new subjects / challenges. Oh ya, I'd decided to take Family Law as my optional subject for this year since it not so bulky. God bless me that all things will in order and getting better. Anyway, I'm also sad. when college life restart, I've less time to spent at home... Definitely I'll miss my bed, computer, Tv and my lovely Wattpad..haiz..

By the way, I've went to the Popular Bookfest at KLCC. Oh gosh, those books really damp cheap, but I've not much pocket money left...(T_T) So I just bought a set of three books on self-improvement and lots of stationery ( I bought pens for 1 year used, Oh my, the pen only cost me RM 0.25 each). Next year I've to save a lot coz I really want to shop freely at this book fair again...

It is September !!!! i can't believe that time had flew just blinks of eyes....
College gonna resume in next 8 days.... Oh my, holiday will over soon....
and I still haven't register for my course yet... Haiz.. gonna do all this stuff next week..

So how my August?

I'd worked for the company called Coway Basis, a Korea brand, which sells water filter, air purifier and juicer. I'd work for them for 5 exhibitions and earned about Rm1500++.. It not such a high pay work but tell the truth, I'm really enjoyed and learned lots of things. By the way, I'd went for their dinner, a day trip for Sunway Theme Park and Skytrex each... Oh, I grown out.. and I really can play flying fox without screamed too loud. HAHA, proud of myself.

My LLB Intermediate's result had been release. Screw them. I thought they had automatic system which will upload the result when their time reach 0001, 18th August. But they aren't such high tech or I'm giving them too high expectation... I woke up at 7 am and keep checking my mail which never came. Luckily at 12 noon Joanne told me they will release it at 7pm then only I let my computer rest. By 7pm, I started again and had to waited till 8pm only get the mail... What a long wait. By the time, all the nervous, scary or curiosity had gone, I just wanted to get my result and watched tv. Luckily I passed all subjects (phew...), and thanks UOL for lowering the passing marks because my Criminal Law Papers just get 40, lying accurately on the new minimum passing marks, THANKS GOD AND THANKS UOL AGAIN.

Oh ya, I think I've gained some weight, since I stayed home most the time ( I only worked for weekend), I ate lots and my tummy seen to grew bigger... Thinks I need to start exercise but somehow not found the determination yet...hehe, I know I'm a lazy fellow.

已经很久没有更新我的部落格了，用华文来叙述生活更是少之又少。

最近我在忙什么呢？

其实也没有在忙，只是在周末时打打工，星期三和五教下补习而已。这个周末没有工作，所以应该是教妹妹读书吧。

放假两个月了，其实都没有做些有益的事。每天不是上网，就是睡觉，简直是升级版的猪（因为猪不会上网啊）。。。骇！！是时候检讨检讨了。所以决定了从今天起，每天要读一份报纸，看五页的英文书，和一则 [心灵鸡汤]的故事。下个星期如果周末再找不到工，就回去做SAMPLING的工。 （加油加油加油！！！）

对了，最近马来西亚的政治很混乱，赵明福的调查报告出炉了，证明是自杀。想必接下来这几天的新闻都会回绕着这课题吧。还有，709大集会的事件，我相信警方真的有滥权，但我也不认同示威者方面没有错。如果大家认为机会就能将政治的腐败连根拔起，就未免太天真了。政治的改革不是一朝一夕就能改变的，得靠人民的团结，不易的决心。哎，谈何容易呀。总之，就是一团糟啦。

还有阿，最近认识了一些新朋友。。。Matt, Jenn, Wan shuang，SuRim，wei lin, jovie, pui yan, Kelvin, kk, allan , henry, leong, wan and jun yi. 还有个叫Jane 的，他们说我们像TWIN，因为行为举止很像。LOL

My recent days

Oh, long time didn’t hang out with my dear le, Finally on Tuesday we went out together. We went to Midvalley for movie, well, the parking was sucked, we spent 15-20 minutes in The Garden parking and found none. Eww, damn angry you know, need to pay parking fee, waste petrol and time, but still can’t park. So we have to drove out and finally found one at Midvallay Carpark G. What a ‘good ‘starting day.

We ate our lunch at a Taiwanese’ food, hm… the food not bad nei, not really expect that quality in megamall,actually. Then we went for shopping and Kean Hoe managed to buy a pair of pants at G2000. It cost him RM168 nei… oh boys’ clothes really damn expensive nei, but never mind la, not I the one who pay… (evil laugh)

Then we watched “Green Lantern”. It just a normal story line, where a guy unexpectedly be chosen to be ‘the guardian’ for his planet, he failed his duty, desperate and give up, then his gf / lover give him encouragement, then somehow he manage to overcome it, and beat the super strong ‘devil’ when the others who are much more experienced and strong can’t. ( familiar story? rights !!!) Nonetheless, the only thing that I give credit to this movie is that it emphasis on ‘will’ rather than ‘fear’. It show that determination of a person can overcome fear, hardship or disappointment in life and subsequently achieving their dream. Hm… sound education, right?!

After that, we just went home, coz my dear had meeting at night. He just busy like always.

On Wednesday, I started giving tuition to my sis’ friend. IT IS FOR ADD.MATHS nei, luckily my teaching not bad la, since all them can understand what I taught and no one fall in sleep (hehe). Then the teaching for MATHS and ACCOUNT on Friday going well as well… I Think, if I gained more experience and confidence, I can take this as my part time in future… and charge more (haha, gambateh)

By the way, the cowaybasic staff finally called me. So I’ll go for training in the coming Monday and work for exhibition in PWTW for next Thursday to Sunday. Yeah yeah, money money home…

How the days?

Two weeks past, the job that I apply for still didn’t give me a reply. So I think I failed… T_T

I already one and a half months for holiday, I started to get used to it… Knowing what, staying home, sleep till very late, online till I’m tire, watching tv and done some reading are what my current lifestyle… I know it is quite meaningless and waste of time, but somehow this is what holiday mean right???

Lol, but still I’m start apply for some other jobs, coz money still one of the top priority in life. Anyway, going to give my sis friends tuition this Wednesday onward, onece per week. Haiz, inexperience and friendship make it damn cheap. Never mind, just used it as pass time, since I’ve no intention to work on weekdays also.

So how others life? I’m sure not as bore as I’m.

Reactivate + Perhentian trip

Reactive my account !! Finally !!!! (hehe)

Backed from Pulau Perhentian last week. It is really enjoyable. Sunny day, blue sky, white clouds and greenish sea…. Nice nice nice. A paradise for me, though I’m not those kind of savvy swimming or aquatic lover.

Since it is not holiday yet, the human traffic was low… so we have a very quite yet memorable tour… Well, ‘we’ mean Paul, Nicole, Kean Hoe and me….

3 days 2 nights. Out for the sea twice…. Saw lots of fish, known and unknown. Green corals, sharks and turtles were just amazing. Fish swimming just below me ( well it was snorkeling and not scuba-diving), pulled out my hand to touch them, mostly failed and sometimes with luck, touched the fish’s tail / fins. OMG. Live fish’s tail touched my fingers ( or the other way round, I think), the feeling was so shocked, amazed, happy and excited. Never saw these at Pangkor. LOL I won’t go Pangkor again after this trip. ^_^.

Oh ya, we supposed to get our meal in buffet style, but since there aren’t many guest, it changed into dishes. 2 meat/chicken/fish/seafood, 1 vege and 1 soup. Damn, it was so full…. Everyday also feel like stomach few inches leave to burst. But I enjoyed it.

Went to hybrid station, saw the wind grid. Cheh, not moving also. Nonetheless, the scenery there is breathtaking, the sea shimmering and the wind touched us smoothly and slightly. Though the journey to go top of the mountain was tiring, but it still worthy. But the way, the journey back was fun, we get on a tractor by luck. Haha, first time in our life.

Hm…I think the trip was best to kept in mind, because those feeling when I saw all those creatures were difficult to describe ( partly due to poor English I think, hehe). I had took some pictures, feel free to visit my FB…

Oh ya, recently fall in love to Wattpad, there had many stories and novels written by ‘ordinary citizen’, not published in any books (yet). So far I had read 500++ pages. Yup, I quite free in this few days, because I’m the lazy pig who haven’t go to find a job yet, but will do it soon... Gotcha.
